Terms of Use
By downloading or using Livy — Fed On Time ("Livy", "the app"), you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
1. What Livy is — and is not
Livy is a record-keeping and coordination tool for caregivers who formula-feed a baby. Livy is not a medical device and provides no medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Trends, reminders, and "recommendations" in the app are general, informational observations about your own logged data. Always consult a qualified pediatric professional about your baby's health, and never rely on the app in an emergency.
2. Your account and household
You must be at least 18 to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log and for whom you invite: an invite code grants every member of your household full access to the shared feeding record. Households support up to five caregivers.
3. Subscription
- Livy requires a paid plan, purchased through your Apple account. One subscription covers the whole household — invited caregivers do not pay.
- New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription begins and auto-renews at the price shown in the app until cancelled. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple account; refunds are handled by Apple under their policies.
- If a lifetime unlock is offered in the future, it is a one-time purchase for the lifetime of the app, not of any particular device or service level.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the app: no attempting to access other households' data, reverse engineering, scraping, or using the service in violation of law. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your content
The feeding records, notes, and photos you add remain yours. You grant HizWayz, LLC the limited license needed to store and sync them so the app can function. Delete them at any time via account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Service changes
We may update, add, or remove features, and may discontinue the service with reasonable notice. If we discontinue paid service materially, we will provide a way to export your data first.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Reminders and notifications depend on your device settings and network conditions and may be delayed or not delivered — never depend on them for your baby's care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HizWayz, LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which HizWayz, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
